Tiivistelmä:The preconditions for free unfolding of creative processes within a company are examined. Three different but interrelated spheres of development are identified and analyzed: the sphere of personality development, the sphere of team development, the sphere of organizational development. It is shown that in all of the above mentioned areas there are development opportunities making room for intuition and inspiration. Several guidelines are provided as a help for making a strong corporate culture and applying visions-oriented management. Ten steps of a corporate development process based on intuition are described.
