Tiivistelmä:The behaviour of consumers who make multiple purchases in a product class for several consumption occasions is compared with that of consumers who purchase one item at a time. Consumers making multiple purchases are more likely to select different items than consumers making sequential purchases. This finding has important implications for marketers.
