| Tiivistelmä: | This article seeks to answer the questions: what is an organization and what properties does it possess as it comes into existence? Emerging organizations are organizations-in-creation, that is, organizations at the stage in which all properties necessary to be an organization come together. Studying the emerging organization, therefore, explores the territory between the preorganization and the new organization. |
