| Tiivistelmä: | The article studies the effects of rapid and radical changes in the political, economic and social arenas on Estonia, and the business leaders' perceptions towards business purpose and responsibility. The paper goes through previous research on the topic and introduces the results from a recent study of corporate leaders within the general business environment. To conclude, the article presents a clear distinction in the leaders' attitudes across time and a change of opinions caused by environmental changes. |
