| Tiivistelmä: | Starting from the problems like the narrow business scope of securities dealers and the low level of fund management of enterprises and compared with the successful experiences of the Western financial institutions, this paper puts forward an effective way to widen the business scope of securities dealers and raise enterprises' economic returns, that is, the management of funds is exercised by the agent enterprises as securities dealers, especially the listed corporations. The main financial tools used are: government bonds, financial bonds, enterprise (corporation) bonds, investment funds, listed stocks, repurchase of government bonds and fixed deposit tickets. |
