Tiivistelmä:In the past 25 years, the economic and trade contact between China and Japan has become increasingly close. Japan is the largest trading partner of China while China is the second largest of Japan. Among foreign countries, Japan is the one providing the most government loans and free aid. The trade between two countries maintains a stable and even growth. Japanese enterprises' direct investment has entered a stage of virtuous development. It is estimated that by the end of this century, their trade volume will reach US$ 100 billion and Japanese investment in China will leap to first among the countries and regions from which China utilize investment. This paper also discusses the stages of development of Sino-Japanese economic and trade relationship , their features and prospects for the relationship.
