| Tiivistelmä: | Summary: the rising of the neo-regionalism has caused not only heated discussion in the academic circles but also worries of the world. The article analyzes the reasons, characteristics, international climate of the emergence of the neo-regionalism as well as its relationship with the world multilateral trade system. The author thinks that neo-regionalism and multilateral trade system not only supplement but also compete each other but competition is the mainstream and supplement can take effect only in a certain historical stage. |
