| Tiivistelmä: | This study proposes the use of an international-based perspective of diversification. Utilizing a multinational sample of firms from the U.S., Japan and Korea, relationships btw. a variety of diversification measures and firm performance are tested. Results suggest that countries differ as to resource profiles and their inherent perspectives when diversifying. |
