| Tiivistelmä: | This paper discusses the landed estate development, its market as well as the features, functions, operation and adjustment of the market, focusing on the landed estate development market. At present, on one hand, it is generally felt that there is a shortage of land in cities, on the other hand, there exist a lot of phenomena of waste of land in China. One of the important reasons for it is that the landed estate development market is so unsteadiness that its function has not been given into full play and thus the relation between supply and demand can not be effectively handled. |
