| Tiivistelmä: | The author's approach to quality is in contrast to the usual view found in economics. They analyze the quality of tourism as a system including final consumption, the natural environment, product-based market services, and cultural resources at no cost, and the impact of the local society, all from the macroeconomic point-of-view. It is stated that quality is a condition for competitiveness, which should be achieved by the whole system. |
