| Tiivistelmä: | At present, the supply-demand contradiction of China's real estate market is very conspicuous. The coexistent-- supply and great demand indicate that the demand of China's real estate market at the present stage is still not an effective demand or a demand with purchasing power. Therefore, we should take the following measures: 1. reduce the development cost, formulate a rational policy of leased land price, cut down various kinds of irrational charge and control the profit level of real estate developers; 2. cancel the policy of welfare housing, increase the nominal wage of staff and workers and establish housing financial service system; 3. accelerate the legislation of real estate. |
