| Tiivistelmä: | To perfect the price tactics of public products, we may take the different measures in light of the concrete state of real estate. If real estate market is booming, we may take the mode of a lump-sum charge. If house price is higher and purchasing power is not strong, we may take varied modes of charge. For the pure public products (road, planting trees), we should take freetactics. For the quasi-product products we may take dynamic mode of charge, which is similar to the price behavior of enterprises on market. For water, electricity and gas, for instance, we may directly collect fee from users, the final consumers rather than real estate development enterprises. |
