| Tiivistelmä: | The author critizizes the health policy in the highly developed countries which support a sector controlled by hospitals, pharmaceutics industry and health insurance companies. Since the state is no more giving financial support the managers of helath tourism have to develop private initiative to improve the quality and the promotion of health tourism products. |
