| Tiivistelmä: | The paper has analyzed the current state of land-degree difference in Shanghai since 1995, pointing out the discipline regarding the evolvement of land-degree difference as well as the existing issues. It also made a judgement on the transformation of effect of land-degree difference in the new round simultaneously on the tendency of its creation in the city of Shanghai. Moreover, it also presented the basic concept and countermeasures on shaping the new round of land-degree difference effect in Shanghai in this stage. |
