Tiivistelmä:The causes of employee turnover are examined. Employee value systems and attitude surveys point to the following findings: turnovers are not happy with their works and leave at the first opportunity; turn-offs have negative attitudes about their jobs and stay because they feel they are too old to start again; turn-ons have positive attitudes and remain because they are associated with the work itself; turn-on-plus employees are likey to stay for the long run because of work and environmental satisfaction.
