| Tiivistelmä: | A data-driven 'traditional' model and a schema-driven 'categorization model of rater cognitive processes were tested. Neither model received unequivocal support, though the results favoured the categorization model. A schema-driven, evaluation-based model of rater cognitive processes is regarded as a useful explanation of relations among ratee performance, performance-based and non-performance-based general impressions of ratees, and performance ratings. |
