| Tiivistelmä: | The effects of pay choice on pay and job satisfaction, goal setting, and performance were examined. The results indicate that despite the relatively small payment made to the subjects, short work periods, and the rather limited choice subjects exercised, pay choice had a strong impact on the behaviour of subjects. |
