| Tiivistelmä: | Having been studied how much time foreigners spent on listening to radio and watching TV, it was found that they showed a growing interest in the political and economic affairs of Germany as time was getting on and they understood the language better. All the same they needed broadcast on their mother tongue as well, thus ARD and did their best to meet these requirements. |
