| Tiivistelmä: | Glasnost made it possible to establish a democratic press in the Soviet Union though the alteration is slow. The author finds that the majority of media still represent different powers and only alternative media try to meet the real requirements. This trend is the strongest in White Russia but official power hinders their activity. |
