| Tiivistelmä: | The policy goal of the program includes improving private investment, working out the economic development prospects, speeding up the industrial upgrading and making Taiwan the center of the Asia-Pactific region. The goal has some words which show obvious exaggeration and do not mention the political sectors which will have effect on investment desire. The concrete measures have a preference of large scale enterprises to medium-sized and small ones. The investment desire of medium-sized and small enterprises are inhabited. |
