Tiivistelmä:Research indicates that formalized goal setting may be the exception more than rule, highlighting the need for continued efforts in goal-setting techniques and implementation. Ironically, promotional communication goals may be more necessary than ever with increasing competition and increases in non-advertising promotional techniques, such as couponing and other point-of-sale techniques. Increased attention is on how all marketing efforts build and maintain relationships with customers.
