| Tiivistelmä: | Anshan Iron and Steel Enterprise Group has conducted trans- formation by using foreign loans. It benefits the existence of enterprise and enhancement of its competitive power of market. The feasible modes it adopts in this line are as follows: 1.transforming enterprise by using compensation trade and foreign buyer credit, 2. setting up a joint venture on the basis of old enterprise with one workshop or one line of production as the capital of the joint venture, 3. transforming enterprises by using foreign funds, technology and advanced management mechanism 4. BOT/TOT mode, that is, adopting an investment mode of construction-business-transfer. |
