| Tiivistelmä: | Although the efforts of some corporations to employ older workers have been well publicized, relatively few U.S. companies are committed to hiring older people. Organizations may be making a strategic error by not fully realizing the potential of this growing segment of the U.S. labor force. Today's older workers are more educated and skilled than ever. Not only do they perform as well as younger workers, they may also be more motivated and more satisfied in their jobs. Given the predicted labor shortages companies ahd better give them another look. |
