| Tiivistelmä: | According to the principles of supervision and management of state-owned assets and combining with the successful experience in national capital operation, this paper attempts to discuss the meaning of national capital operation. It thinks that it refers to a management and administration activity conducted by fund providers proceeding from the consideration of the development strategy of overall national economy and enterprises proceeding from the consideration of their own development strategy from different levels with an aim at making a scientific plan on and controlling effectively national capital movement. This activity is carried out on the basis of separating the ownership of national capital into the ownership of fund providers and corporates property rights with market mechanism. |
