| Tiivistelmä: | The major causes that lead China state-run industry to being in hot water are drawbacks from operating mechanism and over burdens on it. Starting from resource allocation and optimization of industrial structure, state-run industry should implement monopolistic operation in industrial sector and in some key sectors related to national economy and livelihood of the people. State-run industry should maintain a certain proportion in some sectors, which are demanding on scale and technique. In addition, state-run industry should consider dropping out of other ordinary competitive sectors gradually. |
