| Tiivistelmä: | The author argues that the industrial, enterprising, and regional distributions of China's State-owned economy, and the structure of enterprises' internal property are seriously disorder, so we must adjust them strategically. First of all, we must perfect and improve the industrial structure and adjusting the ownership structure. The core is some fields will be withdrawed while the other fields will be entered. Then, we must probe many kinds of efficient realizing forms for public ownership, and strengthenly develop mixed ownership economy. Furthermore, adjust the State-owned economic distribution in middle and western areas. And finally, handle well the relationship between governmental behaviour and market operation. |
