| Tiivistelmä: | The main reason for the current inflation is that price reform resulted in cost rises. And the rises of prices of agricultural products have also played an important catalytic role in making inflation rate rising and show no sign of falling. In 1993, grain prices rose by 27.7%. In the first half of 1994 , grain prices were up 38.9% over the same period last year. The rises of prices of agricultural products showed the insufficient supply of agricultural products which resulted from the decreasing cultivated areas and government cancelling subsidies for the import of agricultural products. |
