| Tiivistelmä: | Succeeding the high inflation of 1993, the rate of inflation in 1994 kept climbing. From February to May, the country's index of prices of retail sales of commodities went up by 19.8 percent, the price index of residents consumption by 22 percent, and that of production materials by 3.7 percent only from the same period of the previous year. Comparatively speaking, the first two indexes were obviously divergent from the macro-economic situation. |
