| Tiivistelmä: | The expansion of export demand has increased the pressure on domestic inflation. While the domestic market is gradually merging with the international market, the imperfect export management system strengthens the influence of the price fluctuation on the international market on the price level on the domestic market, thus encouraging further the domestic inflation. Because of the imperfect import system, import has become a factor promoting the price hikes in China. The merger of exchange rates and the devaluation of RMB have also contributed to the price hikes and inflation. In addition, the inflow of foreign capital has exerted influence on inflation. |
