| Tiivistelmä: | The inertia of inflation has led to the new round of inflation with new features. Although the money put in by the state in 1994 and the scale of credit haven't surpassed the fixed targets in its plan, thus tightening the newly increased money supply, the newly in creased money's function of adjustment to money stock is insignificant for it only accounts for 2.3% of money stock. The accumulated effect of money has still supported the inertia of inflation forcefully. So after the state has pursued the tight policy for more than one year, the general level of prices is still high and tends downwards slowly. |
