| Tiivistelmä: | The objective reality during the transformational period is as follows: on one hand, inflation can not healed despite repeated treatment, with the cycle of showing effect shortening and spike rising. On the other hand, accompanying high inflation, economy has grown at high speed. The result made by using G.W. Granger causality test shows that China's economic growth does not promote inflation, on the contrary, it has the function of lowering inflation. This result denies the statement that high economic growth will necessarily bring along inflation. |
