| Tiivistelmä: | according to China's actual situation, the inflation rate generally should not be higher than 15%, the highest boundary line and it is not suitable for it to be much lower than economic growth rate, that is, 5%, the lowest boundary line either. It should be controlled at between 6% and 12% with the centre of its fluctuation fixed on the base of average economic growth rate. To ensure the stability of prices, the annual economic growth rate generally doesn't exceed 12%. Besides, the necessary system guarantee is a must. To this end, we should make clear the target of the central bank's monetary policy, adhere to the regulations on relatively stable money supply and make the central bank more independent. |
