| Tiivistelmä: | Since the second half of 1998 and 1999, central bank put forward moderate monetary policy in order to expand domestic demand and promote economic growth. Under the condition that China had occurred three much severer inflation, whether moderate monetary policies can lead to a new round of inflation? This paper started from the general relations between supply of money and inflation associated with the background nature of the birth of moderate monetary policies. Through the analysis, it is concluded that currency inflation will not happen in China in the near period, however, the pressure of future inflation still exists. |
