| Tiivistelmä: | Microcomputer-based research and development project (R and D) selection and project evaluation models are analyzed. The models use Lotus 1-2-3 as a vehicle to provide practical research management support suitable for a developing country. The models are readily adaptable for various R and D management applications. It is concluded that determination of the ways in which management of R and D processes can be improved through the use of microcomputers requires consideration of relatively distinct issues. Finally emergent and unresolved issues are discussed. |
