Changing eating patterns have had a considerable impact on the pickles, chutney, relish and mustard markets. While a decline in consumption of traditional roast dinners and formal meals has had an adverse effect on some sectors such as traditional mustard, the rise in convenience and exotic ethnic foods has led to buoyancy in others, particularly chutney and relish. |
