| Tiivistelmä: | In a leadership study conducted, the authenticity and integrity were found to be important in practitioners' narrations concerning leadership. This paper illustrates what authentic leadership means and what challenges exists in achieving it. It compares practitioner impressions with theories of authentis leadership and behavioral integrity. |
