| Tiivistelmä: | American private company Chase Enterprises and Polish state enterprises plan to make a joint venture, called Polish American Cable Television. The company is to control 70% while Potelkab will hold 30%. It is said to be the world's largest cable TV joint venture. The first $270m phase will begin in January 1990. |
