| Tiivistelmä: | At present, there are internal and external problems in China's financial field, manifested in following aspects: the potential factors of financial risks have been increased; unjust competition has disturbed normal order; there has been distance between software and hardware services and economic development. For this reason, the measures to enhance supervision and control are as follows: improve the form of the supervision and control in China, and establish rational and highly efficient system of supervision and control; take efficiency and appropriate competition as the emphasis of supervision and control for banks' operational security; gradually decrease the functions of inspecting, supervising and controlling on the spot; establish the pattern of supervision and control according with the international regulation. |
