| Tiivistelmä: | Canal Plus is forming Canal Plus Espana /CPE/ to bid for one of Spain's three commercial TV licences. The franchise winners can begin broadcasting to Madrid and Barcelona from October 1989. CPE will be 75% Spanish-owned. It will be a subscription service with mixture of terrestrial, satellite and cable transmission. |
