The report does not examine 'horeca' (hotels, restaurants and catering) sales at sector level, but includes a discrete analysis of sales through the horeca channel during the period from 1994 to 1998. The main focus, the retail market is divided into the following three (four) sectors: Lager beer (premium, standard) ; Non-lager beer (dark beer with ales, bitters, and wheat beers) ; Stout beer (stouts, porters) ; Non- or low-alcohol beer (NAB/LAB).
