| Tiivistelmä: | The present circulation system of agricultural products can not suit to the needs of the fast development of the rural commodity economy. The direction of the reform is to bring into full play supply and marketing cooperatives in rural areas as the major channel and let it be built on the basis of multi-channels, less links, low costs, convenience to people, high efficiency, fitness for the characteristics of various kinds of commodities and their production and marketing law and high degree of socialized service. The application of the share holding system will play a promotional role in this reform. |
