Tiivistelmä: | One of the most persistent problems in human resource management is turnover. Turnover is used to describe the leaving behaviour of employees when they sever their association with the organization. Excessive turnover can have significant direct and indirect costs for corporations when they are required to recruit, train, and socialize new staff. The purpose of this study is to investigate the responses of employees who withdrew from the organization, and stayers when they were exposed to a job change of empowerment. |
