| Tiivistelmä: | The crux of attaining the optimized benefits of using foreign investment lies in the inconsistence between macro economic benefits and micro ones. The key to the steady, speedy development of China's economy is to achieve the optimization in which macro social benefits are good and micro economic benefits are optimum, with a general balance, by adopting macro economic benefits as the dominating way of allocating overseas funds and a series of compensating measures to adjust the structure of foreign investment. |
