| Tiivistelmä: | This textbook sets out to describe the client-led design method, which the authors have developed over the past decade or so. Client-led design is firmly rooted in soft systems ideas, and the tone of the book reflects this throughout. The greatest influences appear to be Checkland's Soft Systems Methodology and the work of Vickers, but these are only two of many. The authors thus face the challenge of persuading the potential readership of the importance of the "softer" aspects of the material presented. |
