| Tiivistelmä: | In the industrial sector, the proportion of the output value of foreign-invested enterprises in the gross industrial output value rose from 2.1 percent in 1990 to 12 percent in 1994. Growth of these enterprises has contributed to that of domestic industrial economy. The export-guiding strategy must be combined with import-replacement strategies. We are to help foreign capital of different kinds find investment areas which suit their self-development. |
