| Tiivistelmä: | Because of being promoted by foreign-funded enterprises and receiving more actual preferential treatment than the general trade, processing trade has become China's main mode of foreign trade. The main benefits are to save the domestic investment and absorb the surplus labor quickly. Its drawbacks are as follows: 1.the low value-added of products due to the simple processing mode, 2.trade friction caused by the vague bounds of the places of production , 3.strong restriction of special distance because of depending highly on the convenience of ports and international business and marketing. |
