| Tiivistelmä: | Currently, processing trade is still playing an important role in China's foreign trade, especially in export of finished industrial products and machinery and electronic products. The major problems are to prevent the imports by means of illegal tax evasion and to realize the transformation of production structures from low level to high level and from extensive management to intensive management. It is, there fore, necessary to improve construction and supervision of the Customs; combine scientific research with industry and trade in order to foster research and development industries; bring to perfection social services and cultivate various social intermediary organizations, and especially, create and improve our own marketing networks and networks of information on commercial prices. |
