| Tiivistelmä: | The 1st quarter this year has seen some factors favorable for industrial operation. They include the fierce attack against smuggling, strengthening the infrastructure construction and the effort against low-price dumping, which started from the later half last year and will still play a positive role this year. There are also some negative factors. The faster booming industry for the 4th quarter last year has been resulted from the production growth. The market demand has not grown synchronously. The inventory has kept growing. Debt chain grew more among enterprises. All the above has imposed negatively upon enterprises profit. The supply of energy, raw material and circulating fund has improved to some extent and created better external conditions for the operation of state-owned enterprises. The overall operational boon index may slightly pick up. |
