| Tiivistelmä: | The basic point of this year macro-controlling policy is the compatible cooperation between expandenary financial policy and moderate monetary policy. Seen from the effects, all financial income and expenditures show ascensive in a great scale, and money supply rose again obviously. However, the overall effects of spurring economy are not satisfying, consumption demand is still not prosperous, export decreased markedly. Weak financial strength is the largest constrain of expanding financial policies, this and tendency of inhabitant's weakening consumption are the causes. Recommendations: seeking opportunities to lower interest rate, expanding credit consumption, and raising wage standard. |
