Tiivistelmä:This article focuses on organizational boundaries that enable to keep all team roles and relationships sensible in large organizations. These boundaries are especially significant for innovation. It was found that a boundary of team play enabled heedful interrelating and the easy formation of multiple teams in large organizations, whereas a boundary of detachment prevented organization-wide innovation.
